We love to camp!

Joe surprised me and took Thursday and Friday off so we could go camping with the Curry's! We left Thursday morning and headed past Payson to get to some nice cool weather! We got there and set up and it started to poor rain!! Luckily it only lasted for about an hour and it cleared up. Everyone else showed up as soon as it stopped raining.

After Breakfast we headed to the lake to try some fishing. Tyler only lasted about 20 minutes.

The kids loved throwing rocks into the water... The adults (well the boy adults) didn't like it so much. They didn't catch much.

Lance caught this thing. We are still not sure what it was.

and Joe caught a dragon fly then used it as bate after words.

and that was pretty much all that was caught.

Reagan LOVES to play with my ipod touch. she always asks for "mommy's pod" She plays for hours.

The second day the Johnson's came. The kids loved having so many friend's to play with. I think they played in that same spot for 2 hours.

The girls! You have to remember Kim Michelle and I had already been camping for a whole night and Myra just got there a few hours before so that is why the 3 of us look a little dirtier.

Right before we left I realized I cleaned the girls faces often but never touched Tyler's. His hands, arms and legs were disgusting.

By the time we got to Payson to head home our brakes weren't working so well so we had to stop at an Auto Zone and Joe borrowed some tools and bought some new break pads and changed them in the parking lot while me and the kids ate ice cream at McDonald's. Just doesn't seem fair does it. I have the BEST husband EVER!!!

Emma got a makeup kit for her birthday in may and I never let her use it because I didn't want them to make a mess. Well Emma asked me AGAIN if she could use it so I gave in. When I walked back in the room this is what I found...

They had such a great time! I don't were makeup very often but some how they knew were to put it all. They used up the whole thing of makeup so now I don't have to keep saying no! I was still trying to get it all off 2 days later, it was so oily

I LOVE chick-fil-a they always do fun dress up days where you get free meals. Well our favorite EVERY year, well the last 3 years, is dress like a cow day. So here are our pictures from this years cow day...

My parents and Dara left early Friday morning so Thursday night we said goodbye to them.

We are so glad that so much family was able to come this summer! The kids really miss Grammy and grandpa Smith! and Aunt Dara too.

We spent a lot of afternoons at the park playing in the water. It was empty most of the times which was really nice. The kids loved playing together and the adults loved watching them and chatting in the shade.

Katie LOVED these goggles i thought it was so funny how much water was in them and she didn't even care.
