Chop it off!

Emma has been begging to get her hair cut short for a month now. So when Emily came over I told Emily to cut Emma's hair how she wanted. I quickly tried to talk Emma into just trimming her hair but she said she wanted it short so here she is!!!

Growing up WAY to FAST

The first day of school was Wednesday the 11th!!! Emma went to Kindergarten and Tyler started 1st grade and I just can't believe I just have one at home! Reagan loved the attention but after lunch she kept asking if we could go pick up Emma and Tyler yet.

Reagan wanted a backpack too so I put some crayons and markers into a lunch box and she carried it around all day.

They both had a great first day and Emma said she couldn't wait to go back because the second day was going to be better than the first!

Up up and away

This has been a fun summer with lots of swimming. Both Emma and Reagan learned how to swim this summer and Tyler got even better! It only took one week for Emma to start swimming. And Reagan is absolutely fearless in the water. She dives in and swims to the edge. She loves to dive to the bottom of the pool for her hair clip too. I love swimming now that all three can swim! This isn't Reagans best becuase she has a toy in her hand.

Look what Tyler LOST!

Yup Tyler lost his first tooth. We were driving home from Utah when he starts shouting that he pulled out his tooth. He has been working on that tooth for a month!! He wanted to loose a tooth before he started 1st grade!

Picnic!! Last day in Utah

We didn't pick the best week to visit. Andrea and Spencer are getting a new kitchen so they didn't have counter tops, stove or oven in their kitchen but they still let me come. I think it all turned out fine. we just had lots of picnics, grilled and ate old dinners. It was a blast! On the last night we decided to drive up the mountain to have dinner. The kids quickly found the little creek and wanted to play in it. So while we waited for the fire to get hot we let them play.

Reagan begged to go across and as soon as her toe hit the water she jumped onto Amy's leg!

The farm: Utah part 2

Andrea told us about this cute little farm at Thanksgiving point so after naps we headed out! They had this awesome statue thing. It had tons of levers and different things happened with each one. A few shot water out and the kids LOVED that!

We headed into the farm and learned about how mink gets to the store.

Then Reagan got bit by the mule!!!

We saw the Llama. Tyler said he only wanted to go to the farm if they had Llamas and sure enough there was one I didn't have to lie to him.

then we played in this room forever. you planted crops either on the ground or in trees then you harvested them then took them to the farmers market to sell.

Last we rode the hay ride!!! Thanks Andrea this was a great idea!! And I love this boys cheeks!
