setting sail

Our neighbors have a boat and invited us out one saturday (september 25th). The kids loved it and so did I.

They were so tired they were asleep about 5 minutes down the road until we started having problems with the trailer and we were then stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours while they decided what to do.  finally they left the boat and we went home then the boys went back to get the boat.

We had a blast even being on the side of the road with 6 kids. And I felt like I had been in a car crash I hurt so bad from being thrown off the tubes so many times.

Trish Fish

Trisha has been living with Emily so when she has a few days off we are lucky to spend some time with her.  She stayed for 2 nights and both nights while we watched TV she let me "style" her hair.  I think it looks SO cool.

 night 2

I am taking appointments now if you want your hair to look as good as Trisha's.

Celebrating with the Fosburgh's

The next weekend we celebrated tyler's birthday with his cousins.  The higbee's were leaving the next morning so we wanted to say bye to them as well.

camping for Tyler's birthday

Our neighbors invited us to go camping labor day weekend but Saturday was Tyler's birthday so I asked Tyler if he would rather go camping or have a party for his birthday and he quickly answered camping. So on his birthday we woke up and let Tyler pick the restaurant for breakfast (his favorite meal out) and he picked cracker barrel.
Then we headed to walmart because Tyler wanted an air soft gun for the trip because they do lots of air soft wars at the campout.  I thought for sure after he got hit once he would be done but he played every game with the big kids and adults.

That night we made a cobbler and bought some ice cream for dessert.  I put candles in his ice cream and we all sang to him.
Sunday they put on a primary for all the kids.  They acted out a bible story. The kids really enjoyed it.

Tristin and Reagan played together all day.

Thanks grandpa!!

Tyler went to a few diamondbacks games this year and LOVED it. Grandpa Fosburgh sent him this awesome jersey for his birthday and he LOVES it.

A HUGE suprise!!!

Ever since we moved in we have needed to get our front yard fixed up and REALLY needed to cut down this huge dead and ugly tree down. But it was really expensive and we just hadn't had the time or money but when we got home from our vacation the scouts in our ward had a service project in our yard...
(This pic was from when we looked at the house the first time and it was dark outside so I tried to lighten it so you can see how HUGE and UGLY this tree really was.)

This is what we drove up too when we got home!

We almost drove right past it looked so different they also cleared all stuff on our side yard that had piled up and weeded the whole yard and trimmed all the bushes it was AMAZING.
My neighbor has some pics of the huge tractors at work so I need to get them from her.
Thanks soooooo much!
