Saturday August 11th

While dad was working in the yard Tyler and Emma found a little lizard. Tyler let the lizard run all over him for about an hour. Emma tried to catch it the whole time. It was fun until the lizard disappeared. I was worried that maybe it went down his shirt or pants but we never saw it again.

Parenting a 3 year old - Rule #1

Rule #1

Do NOT leave a marker in your childs room!!!!

I went into Tyler's room after naps and this is what I found. He had taken the inside part of the marker and shredded into small pieces.
This is after 3 washes.

After FHE we had ice cream bars and walked to the Maulers to say goodbye!

They were so excited to wear there sunglasses that they wore them on the wolk home too even though it was dark.

Leanna and Kevin went to the Jelly Belly factory in California and sent us some Jelly belly's and these fun things for the kids. They were so excited!!!

It was funny watching her eat it. She went straight for the legs then worked from head to tail.

My little singer!!!

Emma is my little singer and I love it!!! she sings in the car at the dinner table while watching TV really any time she can. They must be doing a great job in nursery because she knows so many song. My 2 favorite are PopCorn popping and The wise man song.
