Mickey mouse here we come!

A few weeks ago we took a family trip to Disney land.

Nana was able to come with us too!

Tyler was scared to ride EVERYTHING after we took him on space mountain.
Emma LOVED everything!! especially space mountain. she rode it twice and the second time she kept her hands in the air the whole time. But what she was most excited to see was the castle and the princesses!

We went back to the hotel for a nap and lunch. The kids really loved the bus.

Well we had a wonderful time and were super tired by the end of the day.

Happy Valentines day

It was fun having valentines day on sunday because I got to dress all the kids up in red and they even let me do their hair.

Tyler came home from school yesterday with a little black eye. He said "My eye ran into another boys head." At first he didn't really want to talk about it but we went to dinner with Joe's family and they all asked about it, by the end he was pretty proud of his black eye.

The pink Paradise!

After Tyler's room I was hoping that The girls room would be just as easy well I was WRONG!!! Two layers of wall paper and TONS of glue just to find out the walls were not textures. This room took me a lot more time but was really fun to decorate. I actually have a few more projects to do in there but wanted to go ahead and share what is done.

I think this daughter was her favorite because she really did a lot of work in here!

There were 2 vents in this room and both were wallpapered to perfection! Just look at that the pattern is perfect on this thing.


The backs of both doors were wallpapered to perfection also!

So here is the pink paradise. Emma's favorite color is pink and Reagan's blue so here is the end result!

On the right of the diamonds is going to be a HUGE mirror and a ballet barre so they can dance. I also am going to put a small wood floor in front so they can tap dance too.

I am working on some cute picture frames to go in the top cubby!

My man!

Joe gutted our master bath (it should be done by the end of the month, cross your fingers and say a pray that it is). Then our AWESOME new neighbor with every tool imaginable came over and helped him dig a hole and change out all the piping for our new shower. I was not around while they worked but I sure wish I was to see Joe's muscles bulging and him sweating as he used this awesome tool. What a MAN!

I can't wait to finally get into the master bedroom and have my own bathroom again. Sharing with the kids just isn't fun! Hopefully soon I will have pictures of both the room and bathroom!

We took Biscuit for a walk and I just couldn't resist getting my camera when I saw Reagan.

We didn't get far I think Biscuit is still a bit young, but we have enjoyed our occasional walks that ends in her being carried home.

Tyler's room

I finished painting this room a while go but finally got around to curtains and pictures this last week. This room was by far the easiest. The wall paper came down so easy with very little glue left to scrub!!! I was just so excited with how easy it was coming off I just had to keep going.

So here is the before:

After painting but before curtains. The walls are a light grey with a darker gray, black and red stripe on 2 walls!

Now he can feel like a boy again. Those flowers were way to much. I did find out the family that lived here had 5 girls... that sure explains all the flowers!
