trying to go to the museum

I tried to take Emily and her kids to the museum but there were soooo many school groups it was too busy so we had a picnic lunch and headed home.

On April 30th Emma and Reagan both had their LPM recital.  They both did so wonderful!

And of course ice cream after!

Scottsdale art festival

This will defiantly be a family tradition it was a last minute decision to go to the art festival we wanted to get out of the house but didn't know if it really was something the kids would enjoy but they had a blast.  There was a kids area with TONS of crafts for them and they loved walking around and looking at all the creative art!  We even got to see a magician and all three kids were in his act!

this was one of our favorite booths all his art was made from smashed bottle caps.  there was even a banana on a spring that you could ride like a horse!

This would be such a fun table!  who doesn't love bacon and eggs!

1rst grade penguin night

We got to go see all the fun things Emma has been learning about penguins at school.  She helped make the rock-hopper penguin!  It was definitely the cutest penguin~

We love cousins!

Becky and her girls drove through on their way to CA and it was so fun to let the girls play!  We went for a walk through the neighborhood and there was an empty field full of dandelions... I wasn't sure we would ever be able to get them to leave.

They were only able to stay one day so hopefully next time they will have more time together!  Reagan and Katie loved being together!

Scout trip

The scouts took a trip to the firehouse! It was tons of fun!  Tyler has loved being a cub scout!
