Emma really wanted a Cinderella party. Emily and I made our first fondant cake and the best part was seeing Emma's face when it was all done. She jumped up and down with excitement. We had family and a few other friends for her party, we kept it very simple.
That evening we went to a BBQ with a few friends from the ward. We had a great time playing in the water, eating and even hitting a pinata.

I was hoping you would post the pictures of Emma's birhtday soon. It looked like a fun day. I guess everything is back to normal now.

WOW, you did such a good job on that cake, I am VERY impressed. Much better than my boring princess cakes!! =) Happy Birthday Emma, I can't believe you are already 3, wasn't she just born? I remember coming to visit you at the hospital, and me being pregnant!! They grow too fast!
