On Saturday night, the 5th of June, we had just put a movie on and ready for a relaxing evening when we heard a VERY loud bang on our front door. I opened the door to find my neighbor asking frantically if our house was on fire. I ran to the backyard and this is what I could see. We have a lot of dry brush in our backyard so we were really nervous about it spreading to our yard. Lucky for us it burnt our neighbors tree and the alley but only a little bit of our tree.
After they got the fire out they came back and told us they were turning our power off so SRP could put in a new electrical pole! So we went to Emily's and crashed there.What is left of the shed

Holy smokes, that was way to close to home huh! I feel bad for your neighbors, so glad that it didnt reach into your house though! How was it with family down, did your parents love your new house?
