Let me just start by telling you I thought I was the coolest funnest mom EVER w/hen I had this idea and my kids were SO mad at me. I am sure later they will all laugh about it. So I decided to play an April fools joke on the kids and I made these AWESOME meatloaf cup cakes with mashed potato frosting. I even made the potatoes their favorite color. They were all so excited to be eating dessert for dinner until they tasted it.
Maybe next year I will get it right and do something that makes them happy.

bhahaha your so funny! What a great idea, but Emma looks truly angery! The other kids look disappointed....haha What a great way to do April Fools that isnt hurtful to anyone!
