One June 11th she had her first recital. Here she is in our front yard leaving. She is striking a pose as always.
They did two numbers the first was a tap dance to the song, "Candy Man." They wore these cute bloomers under their tutu. Then they did a ballet dance to the song, "Skip-a-long"
After the performance I went and got Emma and told her Dad and Nana had a surprise for her and she said, "I sure hope it is flowers, everyone is getting some." Well it was and so she was thrilled.

oh how fun! It is great that she was anticipating flowers a great performer should expect nothing less! I wish I could have been there!
